BROOKS TAVERN MENUS

  • Lunch is served Tuesday through Saturday.
  • Lunch Options
  • Soup Offered Daily.
  • And Salads, there's a few.
  • The Tidewater sandwich
  • is brought back anew.
  • An omelette is offered,
  • of course there's the quiche,
  • and generally there is
  • some great pasta dish.
  • The Burger gets raves.
  • It's made with good meat
  • and frankly we're finding
  • that it can't be beat.
  • Carry it out
  • or we'll serve you right here.
  • Lunch at Brooks Tavern
  • is now in high gear!
  • Some Current Dinner Options
  • Changing the menu
  • with the seasons
  • allows us to use the best
  • possible products
  • available at their peak.
  • Never imported crabmeat.
  • No strawberries
  • in January.
  • We try to "shop local"
  • whenever we can.
  • Eggs come from Kennedyville all year;
  • beef and veal too, when it's available.
  • Produce from Redman Farms
  • or Joseph Towner or Lockbriar, all in season.
  • It's a menu we can be proud of.
  • Take a look at it,
  • and watch for regular changes.
  • The BT Bar

  • to bar diners only.
  • Frankly, it is still
  • a work in progress...
  • It sort of depends
  • on the whims of the kitchen,
  • or so it seems to me.
  • But!!!!

  • including the Liquid Refreshments:
  • interesting wines by the bottle or glass,
  • several beers of choice
  • and the Hard Stuff too, with some new Labels to try.
